How much does the Assurance Service Program cost?
The monthly cost of the program ranges from $7 to $14 per month. Administration fees for replacement vary per device, the cost of which is dependent upon your device type. Our lower-end devices cost $7 per month, with administration fees of either $50 or $100. Our flagship devices cost $14 per month with an administration fee of $200.
What is covered by the Assurance Service Program?
The Assurance Service Program enables you to replace your device when it is damaged, lost, stolen, or malfunctions.
What is not covered by the Assurance Service Program?
Fraud and willful destruction are not covered.
What is the difference between a manufacturer's warranty and the Assurance Service Program?
Manufacturer warranties typically only cover defects in workmanship and materials for a specific period of time. The Assurance Service Program covers your device for defects + malfunction, loss, theft, and damage.
