Staying connected to the online world is a must. Learn how to troubleshoot your home internet equipment and service.

Viaero’s offers high-speed internet plans, in addition to fiber internet service in select areas.

Speeds for ProConnect Unlimited internet range between 5 and 25 Mbps. Our HomeConnect internet plans have speeds of up to 8 Mbps. Speeds for fiber internet plans are between 50 Mbps and 1 Gbps.

First, try rebooting your internet equipment. ProConnect subscribers can complete the following steps:

  • Locate and follow the cable coming in from the outside antenna to the black or white power converter. On the converter, you should see an illuminated green or blue light.
  • Unplug the main power cord leading to the power converter from the wall or power strip for 2 minutes.
  • Plug in the main power cord back into the wall or power strip and wait 10 minutes for internet service to come back online.

Our Best/Better/Ultra and Prepaid Unlimited plans include calling to and from Canada and Mexico, while Student Unlimited includes nationwide calling and coverage.

For all other router or modem equipment, unplug the equipment’s power cord and wait 10 to 15 seconds. Then, plug the power cord back in and wait for the equipment and internet service to come back online.

If you’re still experiencing problems with your internet service after performing a power cycle, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-484-2376.

Currently, Viaero does not offer self-install options due to the nature of the equipment. In most cases, we also need to send a technician out to perform a site analysis. A site analysis helps us determine which of our internet solutions will work best at your residence.
