Having Issues?

If you are having issues viewing parts of Viaero.com, we recommend you upgrade your browsing software. Our statistics show that the vast majority of users will never have this problem, however some users have outdated software that cannot properly display our website, along with thousands of others.

NOTE: All software noted below is completely free from the manufacturer and can be downloaded immediately. In some cases, registration and/or an e-mail address may be required to download software.

Recommended Software

If you're using Microsoft® Internet Explorer™ (the default browser on Microsoft Windows™), we strongly recommend upgrading to Firefox. Microsoft Internet Explorer has many known security holes and vulnerabilities that can allow a malicious user to cause your computer harm, and switching to Firefox can help mitigate this risk substantially. Additionally, this site has been tested and found to work 100% with the latest version of Firefox; however, not all versions of Internet Explorer will work due to bugs and inconsistencies in the browser itself.

A great alternative to Mozilla Firefox is Apple Safari. Both Safari and Firefox have been tested with this particular website and work 100%. Safari is an excellent upgrade over Internet Explorer for the same reasons as Firefox (security, stability, compliance with web standards, fewer bugs).
