Lifeline provides discounts based on eligibility, providing individuals and families with specific savings every month under the following guidelines;
- The offering is a Lifeline-supported service
- Lifeline is a government assistance program
- Only eligible consumers may enroll in the program
- Documentation is necessary for enrollment
- Program is limited to one benefit per household, consisting of either wireline or wireless service
- The service is non-transferable
- Lifeline keeps eligible residents safe with constant connectivity
- Savings is available to those participating in certain federal/state programs
- Toll charges of 35 cents per minute can be purchased (top up minutes)
- For data customers, additional data can be purchased at $10 per GB
- Viaero values all of our customers with wide-ranging coverage, meeting all your needs
Lifeline is a federal government program that provides income-eligible consumers with a monthly discount on wireless telephone service. As of December 1st, 2018, Viaero provides a bundled voice and data service to our Lifeline-eligible customers located in Colorado, Nebraska or Kansas for only $10 per month.
Lifeline Voice/Data Bundle includes:
- 1,000 nationwide voice minutes
- 1,000 nationwide text messages
- 2 GB of nationwide high speed data

You may qualify for free or discounted Viaero Wireless service if you reside in Colorado* and are currently receiving benefits from one of the following programs:
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

- Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA or Section 8)
- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations**
- Tribally Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families**
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as food stamps
- Head Start (those meeting income standard)
- Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit

Discounts for Residents of Tribal Lands
Residents of Tribal lands may qualify for enhanced Lifeline assistance in the form of an additional monthly discount of up to $25.00. Link-Up is a federal government program that provides a discount off of the activation charge of up to $100. Link-Up is only available to qualified consumers redising on Tribal lands.
