Planners OK with new tower for Viaero

KEARNEY — The Buffalo County Planning and Zoning Commission approved a special-use permit for a new Viaero Wireless cell tower Thursday evening. Chris Riha, site acquisition manager for Viaero, said the company purchased three acres between Pleasanton and Kearney and has had the site approved by company engineers.
