How do I get my unlocked iPhone activated on Viaero’s network?
Within 30 days of purchasing the phone, you will need to bring your new unlocked iPhone and a copy of your purchase receipt showing the purchase date and phone IMEI to a Viaero store, where we will take a copy of your receipt for our records, set you up on one of our plans with automatic payment, and give you a special Viaero SIM card. Then you will need to activate it from home using a computer installed with the latest version of iTunes. You must activate it on iTunes from home in order for us to access and program the phone settings in the store. Once your iPhone is activated on iTunes, you will need to return to a Viaero store to program the phone and verify that everything is working. Other terms and conditions apply.

How much of a credit will I get and how much do I save with Viaero? When you bring your new unlocked iPhone 4 or 4S to Viaero and put it on one of our plans with automated payment, we will discount your account $18.95 each month you continue to use it on Viaero’s network for up to 24 months. That is over $450 that you will save in addition to the regular savings you enjoy with Viaero Wireless. When you bring your new unlocked iPhone 3GS to Viaero and put it on one of our plans with automated payment, we will discount your account $15.95 each month you continue to use it on Viaero’s network for up to 24 months. For the iPhone 3GS that’s over $380 you’ll save on top of Viaero’s regular savings. With Viaero, your 24 month cost of ownership is lower than you will find on any other carrier.

How long will it take to see the discount on my bill?
Viaero may need at least two bill cycles to start applying the discount to your bill. You will be required to fill out a form and send it in with your receipt to Customer Care, which will also verify you are on auto pay checking withdrawal.

Do I qualify for the discount if I purchased an iPhone from anywhere other than the Apple store?
No, only new unlocked iPhones purchased within the last 30 days from an Apple store or the online Apple store qualify for the discount.

If I’m a current Viaero customer can I take advantage of this offer?
Yes! If you are a current Viaero subscriber and purchase an unlocked iPhone we will apply the discount to your current plan. Existing subscribers must also be current with their existing account and cannot have been suspended for non-pay within the last 60 days.

Do I need to sign a contract if I bring my unlocked IPhone to Viaero?
No, you do not need to sign a contract if you bring your iPhone to Viaero for wireless service. However, if you leave before 24 months you will forego any remaining monthly discounts.

Will Viaero service my iPhone if it breaks or can I enroll it in the Assurance Service Plan?
No, Viaero is not responsible for any warranty service for your iPhone. You will need to return your iPhone to the store where it was purchased or contact Apple for any support. We recommend you purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan from Apple. Customer-provided equipment such as the iPhone cannot be enrolled in the Assurance Service Plan.
