Job Description: Summary

The Director, Business Account Sales will direct all Business Account sales activities in a multi-market environment. Responsible for sucessful management of all new account development, customer retention and revenue goals in assigned area.
Specific responsibilities:

• Manage business sector administrative and sales activities to ensure all market objectives are met, to include but not limited to sales goals, retention goals, revenue goals, cash flow goals, inventory levels and all activities required to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Track and report business account activities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Hire, manage and develop direct reports, provide timely feedback on performance and expectations.
• Review and analyze reports and make adjustments accordingly to ensure achievement of all market goals.
• Implement pricing strategies developed by finance and marketing.
• Grow revenue and customer base while maintaining budgeted expenses.
• Implement and communicate all company policies and procedures as to protect and maximize return on company assets.
• Continually analyze performance to goals and develop and implement corrective action as required.
• Assist in public relations; participate in community events as identified by corporate and field leadership.
• Manage territory budget.
• Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications: • 7-10 years of business account management and development, in wide geographic areas/territories
• Experience in tracking and controlling expenses; and leading a diverse Business Account team in a highly competitive environment.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Knowledge of use of a PC and MS applications.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and use of spreadsheets.
• Ability to travel as required.
Minimum Education Requirement: • BA/BS degree, MBA preferred.
