Job Description: Summary:
Act as a liaison between Viaero Wireless and authorized dealers. Prospect and recruit new dealers, manage and support dealer accounts, ensure execution of sales, organizational goals, and customer service. Implement policies and procedures related to the dealer channel successful within an assigned geographic area.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Recruitment of new agents that align with Viaero Wireless goals and values and execution of dealer contracts.
• Manage and support dealer accounts through business/sales strategies, productivity expectations, coaching and feedback to dealers and development of strong business relationships.
• Continually identify and assess needs of the dealer channel and develop programs and activities to fulfill those needs.
• Managing of dealer budget including but not limited to co-op, advertising, commissions, MDF and promotions.
• Assist dealers in closing of sales as needed.
• Provide customer service support by visiting dealer locations, assisting in problem resolution, follow up with customers and providing feedback to dealers.
• Provide training and education around sales and customer service activities.
• Ensure dealers have sufficient product, reference materials and customer contracts to meet sales goals.
• Meet or exceed a quota set by company
• Conduct administrative duties such as maintaining demo accounts, reviewing dealer paperwork, maintaining a calendar of events and activities and participate in staff meetings.
• Provide technical and professional development of the dealer channel by keeping all agents up to date on Viaero Wireless activities.
• Travel 50-75%. s assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: • 5+ years sales/customer service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Minimum Education Requirement: Education: 2-4 year degree or direct equivalent experience
